ADVANCEMENT DIRECTOR

Rik Mumma became involved with Multiplication Network almost overnight. After working in the horticulture, landscape design and retail nursery business, including his own company Forever Green, God plucked Rik out of the business world and placed him in the ministry world. Rik worked with the Pocket Testament League for twelve years before joining Jon Voget with Vision for Villages. After a year with Vision for Villages, Rik and Jon realized they needed more pieces to the organization to be successful. They prayed about it for a few weeks and soon after, God opened the door for Rik to join Multiplication Network's team.

As an Advancement Director, Rik works in fundraising, organizing various donor events and helping to lead vision trips. "Rik brings a warm pastoral style to his work!" says Multiplication Network founder John Wagenveld.

"I love the spirit of collaboration that is present in Multiplication Network," Rik says. "It is amazing to see all these people from so many different areas team up. I am excited to be a part of what God is doing through Multiplication Network."
