Xoán Castro is the Europe Hub Director.

Xoán was led to Christ through a tract he found on his way to chemistry class at university. Through the tract, Xoán was able to request a Bible course through the mail. The church that had distributed the tracts received his information and young people from the church met with Xoán. Ever since that day, Xoán has dedicated his life and service to Jesus. Xoán was the ministry director of evangelism and missions for the Baptist Convention of Spain for sixteen years. He is also part of the Lausanne Committee for Spain and is on the executive board of another evangelism ministry.

Alfredo Vallellanes told Xoán about Multiplication Network and asked him to consider working with them in 2016. Xoán attended Multiplication Network’s 10th annual Latin American Conference in Quito, Ecuador later that year and was excited to see the work Multiplication Network has been doing around the world. He joined Multiplication Network’s staff as the National Coordinator of Spain and later transitioned to Director.

Xoán lives in Valencia, Spain with his wife Jane. They have three adult children and two grandchildren. Besides spending time with his family, Xoán enjoys reading and traveling.
