Alfredo has been working with John Wagenveld and Multiplication Network since 2000. They worked side-by-side during the formation stages of Multiplication Network.

In the Caribbean and working with Hispanics in the U.S., Alfredo teaches Multiplication Network’s ministry programs and works with organizations to help them implement a plan for planting churches. Additionally, Alfredo founded Bible League in Puerto Rico and served as one of their directors in the Caribbean and Central America. He founded Fundación Mies (Harvest Foundation) where he continues to serve in Cuba. He’s written several articles for a university journal in Puerto Rico. Alfredo wrote part of the book Sembremos Iglesias Saludables and is the author of the book Grupos Pequeños Saludables and the Philippi Model of church planting.

Alfredo and his wife live in Florida and enjoy spending time with their many grandchildren.
