Kalun* runs a rice mill in his village in Nepal. After receiving the church planter training with Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM), he shares the gospel with anyone who comes to his mill. When he travels, he tells the people he meets about Jesus.

“I had not been involved in sharing the gospel before attending the training. It has helped me grow a lot and to go to share the gospel with courage in different places,” Kalun says.

Before Kalun became a Christian, he was a follower of the lord Shiva. “One day I got a small Christian booklet to read. This booklet changed my thoughts. I stopped worshiping lord Shiva then and became a believer,” Kalun shares. Soon after, his mother got sick. “She did not get healed even after all types of treatments. After consulting with my parents, I took my mother to church. She got healed through the prayers of the pastor.”

There is no doubt in Kalun’s mind who is the true God. He is eager to teach others about Him. Poyn* is now a believer because of Kalun’s willingness to share the gospel. “One day Poyn visited my mill and I shared with him the Word of God. He was excited and believed in Jesus at once. I have seen lots of transformation in the life of Poyn. He used to be rude and not respect others. Since he became a believer, he is living a better life and respecting people.” Kalun encouraged Poyn to be involved in the church plant.

While Kalun is discipling Poyn and others, he is being mentored and discipled by his mother church pastor. He in turn was trained by the denominational partner. So there are four generations of leaders who are doing God’s work together!
