Riziki's Story- Burundi

Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM) Founder and President Dr. John Wagenveld says, "The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic is affecting us globally as national leaders in newly planted churches are having to find different ways of ministering in their communities." Please note that all of MNM's leaders around the world have been cautioned to reduce exposure and be safe while following the regulations set by their countries' governments.

Riziki Amania was born in Bukavu in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She left Congo and recently settled in Burundi. Before she came to know Christ, she was a prostitute for a long time. She was very tormented by this kind of life. She had no peace at all.

Then one day, she met Zuwena Irankunda, a church planter trained through Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM). Zuwena shared Christ with Rikziki and told her how Christ would change her life if she would accept Him as her Lord and Savior.

As Zuwena was telling her about Christ, Riziki was very moved by what she heard and decided to give her life to Jesus.

Zuwena invited Riziki to her church to continue learning about Jesus. Since that day, Riziki has cut herself off from her old way of living. Now she is experiencing a peace and joy from the Lord that the world cannot give.

Riziki is in awe of what Jesus Christ has done in her life. She is telling others about the grace God has given her.
