Michael Sillah is the East Africa Hub Director for Multiplication Network. 

Since becoming a Christian in 1995, Michael has been involved in planting churches in Tanzania. He has been involved in many church roles from youth leader to elder and worked alongside missional organizations such as E3 Partners and the Assemblies of God for a combined total of six years.

In 2011, John Wagenveld went to Tanzania and Michael heard about Multiplication Network and their approach to building more churches and stronger churches. From then on Michael knew he was being called to work with Multiplication Network and joined the team in 2012. Michael’s work as East Africa Hub Director entails liaison work between church leaders, denominations, and organizations, facilitating church planter training, and supervising the translation of Multiplication Network’s training materials to other languages.  

Michael lives in Mwanza, Tanzania with his wife Neema and their three sons. Michael enjoys reading, watching the news, and playing soccer with his sons in his spare time.
