Stuart Bell is an Advancement Director with Multiplication Network. He was born in Venezuela and grew up in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, and eventually, the United States. He currently lives in Fredericksburg, Texas and has BA from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Miami alongside years of experience in sales and business development. Stuart also has experience working with mission organizations in Central America, the Bahamas, and other international regions.

Having a desire to serve in a globally respected ministry, Stuart’s prayers for direction were answered in an invitation from Steve Chittenden to attend Multiplication Network’s Southeast Asia Conference in Cambodia. There he met both leaders from the region and Multiplication Network’s leadership team. He was later invited to apply for a position within the organization. “When the opportunity to serve with Multiplication Network arose, it aligned so clearly with the direction I had been praying about that I simply couldn’t say no,” Stuart says.

Stuart adds that he is deeply inspired by how God is using Multiplication Network in so many countries across nearly every region of the world. “What I appreciate most about Multiplication Network’s model is its strong network of ministry and donor partners,” Stuart says. “Training and clear reporting create a reliable ecosystem that demonstrates accountability, results, and sustained Kingdom impact.”

Outside of work, Stuart loves to spend time with his wife, Leslie, and their two adult children. He is a CrossFit instructor at his local gym and also enjoys golf, tennis, pickleball, skiing, and offshore fishing when he gets the opportunity.
