David, a church leader in Sierra Leone, has experienced the difference Multiplication Network’s ministry training programs brings to church planting. “This training emphasizes practice,” David shares. “Participants must implement what they have learned and show their work. It’s not just theoretical or about obtaining a certificate; it encourages real-world application.”

One of the key lessons David has embraced is teamwork. “Teamwork is crucial in ministry work. No one person can accomplish everything alone. I have formed a team at my church that collaborates on the overall growth of the church. I no longer work alone, and the church has flourished because of it.”
