"The multiplying vision has awakened churches in a surprising way. Before, the local churches thought of maybe planting a church in a few years and maybe if they had the opportunity," says Rosa Minda.

Rosa had participated in the Multiplication Network Ministries (MNM) training for church planting as a multiplier and church planter for Assemblies of God in La Paz, Honduras. “After three days of training, we had a lot of information and tools that MNM gave to us. We went and reproduced it in an awareness seminar with pastors and their churches in a few zones so that they would send out one or two church planters.” Rosa has been equipped with tools and resources that now allow her to train other church planters.

"We want to see a change in Honduras, which is considered one of the most violent countries,” Rosa shares. “God wants to use the life of church planters to share the gospel and to stand out as an agent of change in our communities.”

A few church plants have multiplied their leadership and now want to plant new churches in different areas. “MNM’s vision and training has served us a lot in our mission and at the district level. Now we have more than 1,500 churches and we are able to do work we couldn’t do before,” Rosa shares. “We want to continue going to those places that not only have problems with illiteracy, violence, and juvenile delinquency but also a great deal of ignorance.”

Rosa asks for prayers for the pastors who are being introduced to the idea of church planting and that they will understand the vision and not be discouraged. “We believe we can do this important work through the grace of the Holy Spirit,” shares Rosa confidently. “We have new churches that have grown and the people are amazed at what God is doing in their lives!”
