Draudzes dibinātāju konference ir apmācības modulis draudzes dibinātājiem, lai apdomātu būtiskus aspektus uzsākot jaunu ticības kopienu. Seminārs norit divas vai trīs dienas, tajā draudzes dibinātāji, reizēm ar laulātajiem draugiem, apsver desmit dažādus aspektus par jaunu Valstības robežu nospraušanu. Kopīgi pavadītais laiks nav tikai sesiju saturs, bet arī mācīšanās citam no cita, laika pavadīšana lūgšanā un pārdomās un klausoties Dieva balsī.
