We are often tempted to take at least some credit for who we are spiritually and for making some significant progress in our walk with God. We may have made some good choices and decisions in our lives while others made bad or foolish choices. And we may have seriously and humbly tried to do what is most pleasing to God when others went their own way apart from God.
